Supposedly there are invisible really great caster stats on it:
+286 Stamina
+190 intelligence
Requires Level 85
Item Level 359
Equip: Increases your hit rating by 121
Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 131
and allegedly will also come with the next patch of fix.
I'll create it at least not first, but wait for the patch and then I look forward (hopefully) on my first Cataclysm-Epic ;)
